G Karunakaran Memorial Co-operative College of Management and Technology (CCMT) is a distinguished business school nestled in the scenic and tranquil tourist destination of Aruvikkara Panchayat, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The institution offers a full-time MBA program, affiliated with the University of Kerala and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Established in 2010 by the G. Karunakaran Memorial Educational Society (GKMES), which was registered in 2007 under the Charitable Societies Act of 1955, (Register No: T2340) the college is dedicated to fostering excellence in professional education.
The GKMES, founded by philanthropists and academicians, has a strong vision to advance management education in Kerala. In addition to the MBA program, the society has also established the Co-operative College of Nursing, which offers B.Sc. Nursing and Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing courses, affiliated with the Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur. The college benefits from the support of the Peroorkada Service Cooperative Bank, one of Kerala's premier super-grade cooperative banks, adding strength to its educational framework. Over the years, the institution has achieved remarkable success, with thirteen successful batches having graduated from the MBA program, underscoring its commitment to academic excellence and its significant contribution to the field of management education.
The activities of the G Karunakaran Memorial Educational Society (GKMES) are overseen by its Governing Body, which comprises Nineteen distinguished Board members. These members include well-reputed social workers, philanthropists, and academicians, all of whom bring a wealth of experience and dedication to the governance of the institution.The Executive Committee manages the day-to-day operations of the G. Karunakaran Memorial Co-operative College of Management and Technology (CCMT).

Located in Aruvikkara Panchayat, sixteen Kilometers away from north of Thiruvananthapuram., on the Thiruvananthapuram- Sengotta Road. It is a calm and picturesque village covered with lush greenery, small streams, numerous trees and hillocks. There are good transportation facilities from the city and the state transport buses ply through this village frequently. The nearest railway station and airport areThiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station (15 km) and Trivandrum International Airport (20 km) respectively. The college has an ideal sprawling campus of 8 acres in this beautiful village.
Our goal is to provide quality education to the students and equip them to face the challenges of the ever-changing world in which they live today. The teaching-learning process here is learner centred and the students get ample opportunities to brush up their knowledge and give vent to their creativity and technical skills.
