Currently, she serves as the Director of GKM Cooperative College of Management and Technology (AICTE approved and affiliated to the University of Kerala), a leading MBA institution under GKM Educational Society, Trivandrum. Dr. Dileepa brings 14 years of experience from her tenure at the Institute of Management in Kerala (IMK), University of Kerala, where she made significant contributions as an Assistant Professor.
